Founder & Chairman

A civil engineer by education, Navraj brings more than just technical know-how — he’s the voice of wisdom and wit at RiseDeck. With a knack for balancing tradition and innovation, he guides the team to build not just structures, but legacies.

Mr. Kaushal Upadhyay

Co-founder & CEO

Armed with a diversified industry experience, and certified Lean Six Sigma Belt and Strategic Project Portfolio Management, Kaushal is the strategist-in-chief. Charismatic and sharp-eyed, he sees opportunities where others see roadblocks, driving ideas from blueprint to reality.

The calm amidst the storm, Vandan has been the trusted right hand to Navraj through most of his journey. Known for his composed demeanor and “get-it-done” spirit, he ensures every plan turns into purposeful action, no matter the challenge.
